Palosanto is a franco-american multidisciplinary artist, musician, and designer, born and raised in the SF Bay Area.
As a DJ, he has opened for underground house legend Lee Burridge. Originally versed in classical piano, 90s hiphop (Fugees) and French rap (MC Solaar and IAM), he discovered deep house in 2003 with San Francisco's own Miguel Migs, and never looked back. His sound is melodic, tribal, emotive, soulful, and healing, mixing genres and tempos but always bringing it back to the deep.
Palosanto is an accomplished nature, event and portrait photographer, with work featured in numerous publications and photo shoots used to launch successful marketing campaigns.
He has training in computer science, psychology, buddhism, and human-computer interaction. Palosanto is passionate about the power of art, culture, and technology to bring about individual and societal healing.
His heart is somewhere between the Pergola at Lake Merritt, Oakland and the steps of Cours Julien, Marseille.
